Low profile (1U), high density, rack mount fiber optic patch panel with slide rails. Bulkheads not included.

Completely removable top with tilt-up, removable front and rear doors provides unobstructed access to the panel interior
Slide rails allow easy installation and reentry regardless of equipment or panels above
High-density adapter bulkhead houses up to 24 ST or 12 duplex SC adapters
Configure with ST, FC, SC, and MT-RJ or add a QuickPort plate to create a multimedia panel
