Three ON/OFF keypads transmit ON/OFF commands for three sequential addresses set to the same letter code as this controller, and one keypad transmits ALL LIGHTS ON/ALL OFF to all receivers set to the same Letter Code as this controller (except receptacle receivers). Must be used with 16400 controller.
